Vision Mechanics is seeking a Bharatanatyam trained dancer for our forthcoming production, Embrace, which features aerial skills, puppetry and Indian dance and will be directed by Kim Bergsagel. The production and tour is supported by Creative Scotland’s Quality Production Fund.

The dancer must be available for rehearsals in Mull from 7 September 2014 for 2 weeks, followed by a Scottish tour, which ends on 18 October. Rehearsals and performances will take place outside in a forest setting so the dancer must be willing to work outside (in all weathers!). The dancer will also be part of the team helping to set up and strike the set in each location.
